FRPC Renewal Instructions

IT’S TIME TO RENEW

FRPC membership renewal is on May 1, 2025.

New Safety Videos for Each Range

As a member of the club, you know that things change and evolve over time. And, this includes safety protocols.

For everyone who has been here a long, long, time, and also for everyone new, we are in the process of making some new safety videos for all of the ranges; like the new unboxing locations for A1 Range for example – I hope everyone knows this already as it’s been in effect for a while now! In case anyone is not familiar with what I am alluding to, unboxing is now done on the line at a shooting bench and not back on the row of equipment benches behind the line.

The new videos will outline the updated safety protocols for each range, if applicable. And, the usual usage protocols if no changes. They will serve as a reminder of how each range operates in a safe manner. Video taping is planned for this summer and finished videos will be posted by this fall and/or winter. I know! But, video production is a long process.

A1 Range Construction and Improvements

Upgrades to the most often used range, A1, were done over a 2-3 week period during the fall of 2024.

The shooting area pad was extended and widened. A wheelchair accessible ramp was built at the east end of the pad and a wheelchair accessible concrete pad was added along the entire 100 yard length of the range.

It was a LOT of hard work by the team. And, most of the team are club members!
