NOTICE TO MEMBERSHIP ADVICE ON RENEWALS FOR 2025-2026 USING THE NEW

WEBSITE

FRPC FISCAL YEAR is MAY 1 TO APRIL 30

FEES ARE DUE AND CAN BE PAID ON MAY 1 st , 2025

On May 1, 2025, or thereafter, log in to the website, go to ‘My Account”, Click on ‘Order Number”
and you will be able to see the amount due and you can indicate
your method of payment (cash, cheque, EMT or preferably by Credit Card).

NOTE: You will not see your “Order Number” prior to May 1, 2025.

Cash/cheques can be mailed in or deposited into mail drop box at
club. (Hard copy fee notices and return envelopes will no longer be sent.)

Members who have already selected “Auto-renew” using a credit
card on file will have their accounts processed and updated
automatically. Payments received prior to May 1 st by cash or
cheque will only be processed by club staff after May 1 st

EMT’s received are auto-Deposit and we ask that you wait till May 1 st
to transfer funds. Please ensure that you send the exact payment
fee as shown in your account.


Transactions will not be shown as COMPLETED until processed by
club personnel. Any memberships dues remaining as ‘payment
pending’ on June 30 will be terminated and access revoked.

We appreciate your attention to this new process as it is has been
put in place to help reduce the workload of the volunteers doing the
administrative tasks.
